Machining of mechanical parts for the energy industry

In the energy sector, quality is of fundamental importance. Indeed, the safety of facilities and infrastructures requires the highest degree of reliability for any equipment used in the treatment of energies, such as gas, oil and nuclear power.

Compliance of machined parts

In terms of quality, we do our very best to ensure that your specifications are met and, above all, that certified parts are guaranteed thanks to the Quality Control report that is applied to all our productions. Our parts are thus thoroughly controlled at each stage of the manufacturing process, to guarantee their compliance with our customers' requirements. In terms of metrology, we have, among other things, a three-dimensional measuring machine which uses the latest CAD techniques, allowing us to carry out a wide variety of measurements and, thanks to a high-performance software program, to control your parts in an optimal way. Our dedicated Quality Control team, composed of a Quality Manager, a Quality Control Manager and a Quality Controller, only has one objective: to guarantee that all the parts we machine are 100 % compliant to, in turn, ensure the absolute safety of your facilities and equipment.

Meeting all your machining requirements for mechanical parts

Our workshop is equipped with a high-performance and diversified machine fleet, using the most advanced technologies in terms of machining, such as 5-axis machining (milling, turning) and electro-erosion, allowing our teams to manufacture parts of any size, whether it is a single part or a series.

Finally, the size of our organization - more than 30 employees at your service - enables us to be extremely reactive. We are thus able to respond to urgent machining requests, when, for example, your infrastructures are at a standstill because of a breakdown or a maintenance operation has to be carried out within a very short time frame.
