We are also able to take on apprentices whom we train for jobs where skills are in very high demand, particularly in the field of machining.
In our workshops, there is no heat wave or cold snap: the temperature-controlled environment not only guarantees the geometry of the parts we machine, but also enables our employees to work in optimal conditions, regardless of the weather or external climate constraints.
In our workshop, far from the negative ideas often associated with our industry, our state-of-the-art machines rub shoulders with break areas designed for the comfort of our employees. The company also has spacious and bright offices, a meeting room equipped with high-performance technological tools, a modern fully-fitted kitchen area, as well as a parking lot reserved for our staff. At SMES, we attach great importance to the environment in which we work too !
